一九五二年由大牌档起家，公认的丝袜奶茶始祖，中环结志街的绿色铁皮档口至今仍在。奶茶香滑、猪扒包多汁，蔥油雞扒撈丁是隐藏吃法。从路边档到分店林立，守住的仍是一杯冲出来的功夫，是香港茶餐厅的活教科书。
Founded as a dai pai dong in 1952, it is widely credited as the birthplace of silk-stocking milk tea; the green metal stall on Central's Gage Street still stands. The tea is smooth, pork-chop bun juicy, and the scallion-oil chicken chop lo mein a hidden order.

兰芳园创于一九五二年，由中环结志街的大牌档起家，创办人以棉布袋冲拉奶茶，被坊间称为「丝袜奶茶」始祖。由一张铁皮档做到多间门店，它见证了茶餐厅由街头平民饮食走入城市名片的过程，也把一门冲茶功夫变成可传承的技艺，至今仍是港人引以为傲的味觉符号。
